Photography Exhibition!
January–February 2013. The theme is “What McPherson Means to Me.” Prizes will be awarded to the juror's top 3 photographs in the amounts of $100, $75, and $50. A distinguished photographer outside the community has selected the prize-winning photographs and will explain the judging during the February 24 reception and award ceremony in the VAAM Gallery, 223 S. Main St. The public is also invited to vote for a favorite photo!

VAAM Artist-Members are Artists-in-Residence at the Raymer Society of the Arts - Red Barn Studio in Lindsborg, Kansas, Sunday, July 17-Saturday, July 23. Reception Friday, July 22, in honor of the 10th Anniversary of their working arts residency.
Opening August 2 in the Heritage Gallery of the McPherson Opera House will be artwork of Rosella Ogg, Manhattan, Kansas. She taught at McPherson High School 1959–1964. Her exhibt continues through September 30. Reception for Jeannette Seger, Patricia Neufeld, and Rosella Ogg will be Friday, August 26.
